DONATION GUIDELINES

Over the last 5 years, Evenfall Restaurant has granted hundreds of donation requests in an effort to further Merrimack Valley Communities and their Organizations. Donations have ranged from national organization fundraisers to school raffles. Because the needs in the Merrimack Valley are so great, guidelines have been implemented in order to assist as many organizations as possible. If you are interested in seeking a donation, please review the following guidelines.
How to Request a Gift Certificate for an Auction or Raffle:
1. All requests must be received in writing via mail to the address below on the organization’s letterhead AT LEAST 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE of the event date.
2. Organizations MUST be a 501c (3) non-profit organization – please include a copy of your the organization’s non-profit tax ID number with your request, along with event details (date of the event, location, contact name, phone number and mailing address, and the purpose or mission statement of the organization)
3. Organizations MUST BE WITHIN 15 MILES of Evenfall to be considered.
4. Briefly describe of how the money raised will be spent.
All requests for Gift Certificates are limited to auction and/or raffle activities designed to raise funds for non-profit, tax-exempt organizations in the Merrimack Valley area that have a 501©(3) IRS designation. It is our policy not to donate gift certificates or tickets to be used as prizes, volunteer recognition gifts or giveaways.

***Evenfall Restaurant reserves the right to handle each donation request on a case-by-case basis.***
All requests are reviewed one month prior to the event date. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we are not able to respond to follow up phone calls or correspondence.
Follow Up:
We ask that organizations, which receive a donation from Evenfall Restaurant, return a follow-up report specifying the amount raised by our donation and the amount raised through the fundraising event. This report should be submitted to the Community Relations Department at the below address within one month of completion of your fundraising event. This information must be received in order to be eligible for a donation the following calendar year.
MONETARY DONATIONS and SPONSORSHIPS
Monetary donations and sponsorship requests will not be considered at this time.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I receive more than one item for my event?
In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.
Can I request what item I would like to receive for my event?
No. The Evenfall Community Relations department will make the final determination on what donation is given out.
